Shipping Policy

Order Processing
All Kozo orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a logistics delay with our partners, processing times may be extended slightly. Should this occur, we will notify you directly by email.

Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
We ship bicycles and frames using trusted freight partners specialized in transporting high-value sporting goods. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Bike Shipping (Switzerland): approx. 3 months
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier capacity, customs inspections, or local delivery restrictions.

Insurance & Tracking
All shipments are fully insured until delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

Packaging & Assembly
Your Kozo bike will be shipped in a protective bike box. Final assembly (e.g., handlebar alignment, fork, wheel mounting, pedal installation) may be required upon delivery. We recommend professional assembly at a certified bike shop to ensure correct setup and warranty validity.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For shipments outside Switzerland and the EU, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

Damages & Claims
Kozo takes great care to pack and ship bikes securely. However, if your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims must be filed directly with the carrier, but we are happy to assist you in the process. Please keep all packaging materials until the case is resolved.
